WFOE (wholly foreign owned enterprise) is a business entity formed in China entirely with foreign capital. It is totally under foreign control and does not have any formal Chinese ownership participation. For a foreign company to be able to issue receipts and export goods from China, it must be able to legally registered as a local company or a WFOE. A WFOE is set up as limited liability entity and represents separate legal persons and is taxed according to local legislation.
Beijing WFOE Registration is also called Beijing WFOE setup, Beijing WFOE formation, Beijing WFOE incorporation and Beijing WFOE establishment.
Requied information:
A) Foreign companies a full set of notarizations; (including but not limited to legal business certificate, board resolution, certificate of authorized signatory);
B) Shareholder company seal (standby to sealed the application information)
C) Determine the Beijing company name;
D) Determine the registered capital and business scope of Beijing company;
E) List of members of the board of directors or executive directors and members of the board of supervisors and copies of identification documents;
F) The mobile phone number, landline number and E-mail of the legal representative;
G) One original copy of the formal lease contract of the office premises, a copy of the property ownership certificate, residence certificate, and the property owner upload the information of the company in the industrial and commercial address system. (lease contract requirements: when renting, using one of shareholder name or legal representative to lease or using the name of the foreign company to lease, more than one year lease for office or commercial use)

Procedures for Beijing Company Formation:
Government process: the name approved by the municipal administration of supervision → online report → document signing and submission → business license → seal making (for the record of public security bureau) → record making by the commercial commission → apply for electronic business license → open a bank account (customers responsibility) → tax reporting
Follow-up service:
A. The capital verification report;
B. Bookkeeping and tax declaration: declare tax to the state and local tax in the month when the tax registration certificate is issued;
C. Audit: the wholly foreign owned company shall conduct an audit once a year.
D. Annual inspection: the wholly foreign owned enterprise must go through the formalities of annual inspection and approval from March 1 to June 31 of each year
